But friends this service is only available with US and few other countries.

As explained in above diagram when caller call 911, Call Taker will attend the call and take all information about incidence and give to Dispatcher. CommandCAD application can really watch incidence place and all moving vehicles towards incidence place.

They will collect all possible and required information and send it to Cops before they reach incidence place, this can be building maps, profile of people they are going to encounter, live videos from the incident location etc. Depending on type of requirement the dispatcher will send Police Units, Medical Units or Fire and Rescue units.
