911 numbers for help.911 services provide support for all kind of emergency and safety services. If there is fire at your office home anywhere, someone broke into your house just call 911 and you will get all possible help.

But friends this service is only available with US and few other countries.

As explained in above diagram when caller call 911, Call Taker will attend the call and take all information about incidence and give to Dispatcher. CommandCAD application can really watch incidence place and all moving vehicles towards incidence place.

They will collect all possible and required information and send it to Cops before they reach incidence place, this can be building maps, profile of people they are going to encounter, live videos from the incident location etc. Depending on type of requirement the dispatcher will send Police Units, Medical Units or Fire and Rescue units.
