Using a wordpress plugin of <a href="http://code.google.com/p/fckeditor-for-wordpress/downloads/list" rel="nofollow">FCKEditor</a> which replaces the default editor by its own editor which is more powerful than the default one. Download, install and activate the latest <a href="http://code.google.com/p/fckeditor-for-wordpress/downloads/list" rel="nofollow">FCKEditor plugin</a> for wordpress. This will install the powerful rich text editor on your wordpress and you can access the same on your write section. I found one work around while seaching on net how to solve visual editor issue.
