Today morning I got sms from one of my friend that he wants GPRS settings for AIRCEL. When I tried to google it I found very less information available regarding Aircel GPRS settings.So here is info for Aircel users:
Access Point is : aircelgprs.po(postpaid)/aircelgprs.pr (Prepaid)
GO TO MAIN MENU
TOOLS->SETTINGS->CONFIGURATION->PERSONAL CONFIGURATIONS->OPTIONS->ADD NEW->SELECT “WEB” THEN PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
NAME : Aircel
Homepage :http://google.com
User Name :Blank
Password :Blank
IP address : 192.168.35.201
Use preferred Access Point :No
Open Access Point Setting
Proxy:Enabled
Proxy address :blank
port :8081
Then Disabled the proxy again
Data Bearer : Packet Data
Bearer Settings:Packet Data
Access point Name:
aircelgprs.po (Postpaid)
aircelgprs.pr (Prepaid) don’t give space between letters
Then to main menu and make your Personal Configuration settings as Default
Switch off and on now u can use GPRS.

i m using aircel gprs internet connection. i want to do port forwarding for using torrents. for that i want to know the router’s name of aircel gprs. kindly provide it

Sir,
I’m using a Nokia 5200 with aircel. I recharge Rs. 98/- for unlimited
GPRS. from my mobile browser i can open internet but a error message
appear when i’a trying to open OPERA MINI.

Check if proper Access Point selected while browsing from opera..

Access point selected by default must be Mobile Office

I think Access point should be “Aircelgprs” not “Mobile Office”.

Yes you are right…confused between aircel and airtel
