ICICI considered one of the best internet banking provider. They have service ICICIDIRECT for equity trading. This site is down during pick trading hours 
Amazing. This is paid service and charges 750 Rs per year as DP charges. Even they have highest brokerage compared to other competitors. Generally people go for ICICIDIRECT for there best service even though they charge high. But this kind of problem may damage there reputation.
Don’t know why ICICIDIRECT always have technical issues. I think they really need to look in and resolving all technical issues. Today I am trying to login ICICIDIRECT got error
(5) : Site is not available due to some technical reason.

Shame on their part…its becomes very tough for intra day traders..would have bagged on jet airways and bharat forge…
sad part is – it cannot even balance the load of the users..
well..I think we need to curse ourselves to chose ICICI.

ICICI is directly or indirectly associated to majority of individuals because they delivery good service. Ystday what has happed is one the incident and was out of control but on normal days IT IS THE BEST…. So people should see future and be in present and take benefit of being associated with ICICI rather than carrying past experience and spoiling present.

We think stock broker company whose primary business is stock broking is always good.As customers are important to them.There business depends on customers.Banks in stocks broking many time can be careless as banking is there main business.
